GENERAL
inspired play not only prides itself in introducing safe and quality toys to your child, we also take customer satisfaction seriously. Therefore, you may return any merchandise to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order for a complete refund (excluding shipping cost) so long as the item is in new, saleable condition (for example: unopened box, no signs of wear, all pieces intact). Simply email us at returns@inspiredplay.com, and we will provide you with detailed instructions for your return.

Since you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, we suggest that you use a mail service which provides tracking information.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM
Although we carefully pack and ship each order, our merchandise can sometimes be damaged during transport. if you receive a damaged, defective or the wrong item, you must email us at returns@inspiredplay.com within five (5) days of receipt of your order for a complete refund or exchange. We will then provide you with detailed return instructions. Return shipping will be paid for in these three instances only.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal. For payment by personal check/money order, please make payable to "Clean Green Fun, LLC" and mail to:

FLAT-RATE SHIPPING
inspired play offers flat-rate ground shipping of $5.50 on ALL orders within the continental United States. Shipping charges for: (1) orders outside the continental US or (2) expedited shipping, will be calculated based upon the weight and destination. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email with the actual shipping charges. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship our toys via USPS and FedEx.

ORDER TIMELINE
We will ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days. Ground orders within the continental US typically arrive within 5-10 business days of the order date. Orders paid by personal check/money order will not ship until after the funds are cleared (3-4 business days.) We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date on ground orders.

PACKAGING
inspired play wholly supports eco-friendly companies, products and practices. In fact, we are always striving to find ways to protect the environment, and what better way to be green than recycle? That is why your item may be shipped in a gently-used shipping box. Each box is carefully inspected for durability and cleanliness. We never use boxes that have previously been used for food shipments. As always, your item will continue to be packaged with great attention and care. If you would prefer that your toy be shipped in a new box, please indicate this preference in the "Order Notes/ Comments" box at the checkout screen.
