Return Policy:
GENERAL
inspired play not only prides itself in introducing safe and quality toys to your child, we also take customer satisfaction seriously. Therefore, you may return any merchandise to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order for a complete refund (excluding shipping cost) so long as the item is in new, saleable condition (for example: unopened box, no signs of wear, all pieces intact). Simply email us at returns@inspiredplay.com, and we will provide you with detailed instructions for your return. Since you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, we suggest that you use a mail service which provides tracking information. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM Although we carefully pack and ship each order, our merchandise can sometimes be damaged during transport. if you receive a damaged, defective or the wrong item, you must email us at returns@inspiredplay.com within five (5) days of receipt of your order for a complete refund or exchange. We will then provide you with detailed return instructions. Return shipping will be paid for in these three instances only. Payment Policy:
